All appointments require a $20 deposit. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will apply to a rescheduled appointment if done within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours may be charged the full amount of service and potentially being fired as a client (this applies to gem fix appointments as well) CANCELATION DAY OF IS CONSIDERED A NO SHOW. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. Crystal gems have a one month warranty from when the gem was applied, after the 30 days it will be full price to fix. No hate speech or disrespect of any kind will be tolerated during an appointment, you may be asked to leave. No refunds. I have a small studio so refrain from bringing more than 1 guest to your appointment, thank you!
